王刚,COMSOL 中国技术总监,博士毕业于上海交通大学,后在复旦大学从事博士后研究,在数值仿真领域具有丰富经验,长期负责 COMSOL 软件在流体、电化学以及化工等领域的技术支持和咨询工作。


Gang Wang, CTO of COMSOL China, holds a Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and conducted postdoctoral research at Fudan University. With extensive experience in numerical simulation, he has been responsible for technical support and consultation work related to COMSOL Multiphysics in the fields of fluids, electrochemistry, and chemical engineering for a long time.


摘要Abstract

随着科技的快速发展,MEMS 器件在消费电子、汽车、航空航天,以及医疗等众多领域中的应用越来越广泛。MEMS 器件微型化、集成化的发展趋势对器件的设计和性能提出了更高要求,也为器件的开发带来了更多的挑战。多物理场仿真技术可以对 MEMS 器件及其制造过程中涉及的各种物理现象及其相互作用进行准确模拟,帮助工程人员快速优化产品设计、提升产品性能。

在本次演讲中,我们将介绍 COMSOL Multiphysics® 多物理场仿真软件在不同类型的 MEMS 器件设计与开发中的应用,以及通过定制的仿真 App 简化 MEMS 器件的开发流程。


With the rapid development of technology, MEMS devices are being increasingly applied in various fields such as consumer electronics, automobiles, aerospace, and medical science. The trend of miniaturization and integration in MEMS devices poses higher requirements for device design and performance, while also presenting more challenges for device development. Multiphysics simulation can accurately simulate various physical phenomena and their interactions involved in MEMS devices and their manufacturing processes, helping engineers quickly optimize product design and enhance product performance.

In this presentation, we will introduce the application of COMSOL Multiphysics® in the design and development of different types of MEMS devices, as well as how customized simulation Apps can simplify the development process of MEMS devices.
